Retrofret Stock # 8210. Gibson Les Paul 1960 Classic Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (2000), made in Nashville, TN, serial # 008278, sunburst top, natural back and sides finish, Mahogany body with maple cap, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, original brown tolex hard shell case. Overall length is 38 3/8 in. (97.5 cm.), 13 in. (33 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 7/8 in. (4.8 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.). This guitar looks only very lightly played, with some scuffing to the pickup tops and plastic mounting rings and a few tiny dings and dents. It remains all original and a nice example of this well-done 1960-style tobacco sunburst Les Paul, designated the "Classic" -- which is essentially a Standard re-issue with a flatter 1960-style neck and somewhat hotter stock pickups. A very playable Humbucker-equipped Les Paul in the original brown case with an unfilled warranty in the pocket. Excellent + Condition.
