From our brokerage client, here's a simply radiant and vibrant CherryBurst Vintage Gibson Les Paul Custom from 1971 in excellent original condition and OHSC. It's no wonder that these are so highly prized as the T-tops, fretless wonder neck and "pancake" body wood combination make this thing sound simply enormous and plays like lightning!
Original finish in excellent super clean condition with only minor pecks and some button worm on the back. Ebony fretboard and frets are barely worn and plays great up and down the neck. Bridge and tailpiece are Gotoh fresh and she was fitted with Grovers in her earlier days.
Sounds great unplugged and even better through a Marshall!! The original owner installed an active pickup system at one point with mini toggles but then wisely reinstalled the original pickups/harness and filled the holes. This thing is in fine form and just howls and the power chords just ring!
Here's a super clean example for your collection!!
