Now available is this 1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom with all the vibe of a nearly 50 year old guitar, and in a stunning cherry sunburst finish.
This example shows some signs of play wear, with wear to the gold parts and some buckle rash on the back.
Work to the guitar includes:
Medium jumbo refret and a new nut that plays great, plenty of life in the frets.
Replaced strap buttons, tailpiece replaced with era correct part from the late 70s/early 80s.
Replacement pickguard mounting screws, input jack is a replacement.
Otherwise this guitar features all stock black plastics, 2x Patent # pickups, 4x pots dating to the 5th week of 1976, and has no breaks or repairs. Weighs in at 4.93 Kgs
A great playing mid 70s custom, includes its original black Gibson case with purple lining.
