1978 Gibson Les Paul Custom Wine Red

And the award for best Wine Red finish goes too………this 1978 Gibson Les Paul Custom! This is truly an awesome example of what Wine Red can look like. Its nice and dark around the edges but lightens up towards the middle. You can really see the wood grain especially on the back. This L.P is in excellent condition it looks as though it’s almost fresh off the line. It is missing its bridge pick up cover, the neck pickup cover is a replacement and the knobs are a newer set as well. But enough about how it looks hows it play? Fantastic! Plenty of life left on the frets. Awesome sounding Patent stamped pick ups. It’s very surprising that this guitar wasn’t played more because its a killer axe. Give this L.P a new life! An outstanding example of a Les Paul Custom!
