Gibson produced many "odd birds" in the 1980's, made in small numbers and never to be seen again. This is one of the cooler offerings, it's a Studio but with a multi-bound body and the color scheme of a Custom.

A black guitar will hide a lot of it's wear in photographs. This one has paint wear throughout as you'd expect on a guitar of this vintage. There's some light buckle-rash on the back and some fine stress cracks in the paint where the different types of wood come together. There are no breaks or cracks or other issues with the guitar though. It is in fabulous playing shape. The bride pickup ring is partially cracked but is holding together. Medium sized neck with a slighty slimmer than normal body to help make it a good weight for an LPC right at 9 lbs.

Comes with a newer Gibson hard case.
