DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a fantastic 1971 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe in its original Gold Top finish. This guitar is a new shop favorite we are all truly geeking out over it. Features include a rounded C-shaped 3 piece neck which is a tad chunkier than some other examples of early ’70s LPs, dual original patent sticker mini humbuckers, chrome hardware, and an insanely cool factory headstock stinger. Visible pot codes are 1377107 dating to the 7th week of 1971. This example is entirely original less the original tuners replaced and re-installed with the tuner holes being slightly enlarged, the original bridge being replaced with a Nashville style bridge, and a pro refret. Overall this guitar is in excellent shape less some buckle and finish wear on the back of the body and some light play wear. Pro setup in-house and comes complete with its original hardshell case.
