1975 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe in TRANSLUCENT WINE FINISH - modified and routed wayyyy back during the 70s with twin Dimarzio cream humbuckers - in overall very good condition for its age, with vintage early 70s Gibson purple-lined hardshell case (couple broken latches), serial number 99223479. For those who love the 70s era ROCK thing, this Les Paul is it. She was modded into a LP Standard back in the day with a pair of vintage Dimarzio high-output humbuckers in cream double coil - most likely a Super Distortion in the bridge, and a PAF in the neck. There are also twin mini toggle switches, which provide a really cool and useful array of coil-tapped tones. Tuners were also changed to Grovers, so there are some visible screw holes - see photo. This really is the CLASSIC 70S ROCK RIG. This Paul features a slim and fast maple neck, refretted with fat frets with tons of life left, and those Frehley-approved Dimarzios. Condition-wise, you will find scratches and some dinks, but she really is in very nice shape for her age. The Trans Wine finish is tough to photograph, but is really attractive and is a classic finish of the 70s. This is a very comfortable Paul to play and hold - and plugged into the right old Marshall, it's perfect. Please feel free to call for an in hand description 859-261-5500. Thanks.
