1954 Gibson MAPLE Les Paul Jr.!

Incredibly rare. One of the first Jr.'s ever made! Very early 1954 Gibson Les Paul Junior with a 2-piece Maple body and other very early features. Neck heel is a bit longer, bridge is closer to the pickup and angled more, and of course it's a 2-piece MAPLE body versus the standard 1-piece mahogany body. The guitar is 100% original with no issues (it looks like a bit of glue was added in one stud to stabilize which can easily be removed). The tuner buttons are shrinking and I will replace them or include an additional set of no-line Kluson tuners at no cost. I have left the guitar as it was for decades. Rare version of the classic Gibson Les Paul Jr. Comes with original alligator case (not pictured).
