Gibson Les Paul Junior 1956 Sunburst Single Cut
Up for sale, a great example of an original 1956 Gibson Les Paul Junior single cut in its original tobacco sunburst finish!
This example remains in completely original condition still having its original tuner tips, nut and small Gibson style frets which are in surprisingly great condition for its age.
This example has had NO breaks or repairs over the years still having its original 1/2" thread bridge studs. Unlike many of this era ('54-56) there is very little lean to the bridge on this example being structurally sound with good intonation and no repairs.
This example has a strong original dogear p90 reading at 8.3k ohms with all of the electronics remaining untouched and fully functional. The neck is straight, with the guitar having a low easy playing action. All of the plastics and hardware remain original down to the original brass post strip kluson deluxe tuners, and the aluminium nickel plated wraparound tailpiece.
A fantastic junior serving both the player and collector! Weighs just over 3.3kg.
