This is a 2011 R4 that has been madeover by Josh Grove at Protocaster Guitars in Brooklyn NY!!!! Josh does amazing 100% nitrocellulose finishing and realistic aging, restorations and refins , He also build Protocaster Guitars!!
Josh's gold top finishes are among the best available today!!! This is a great looking one with nice weather checking and realistic simulated playing wear. These guitars really come alive when they are stripped and shot in thin nitro finished, really makes a huge difference in the sound!!!!!
This one has upgraded Wolftone Mean and Meaner pickups and a mojo axe tailpiece.
