For sale is an absolute gorgeous New 2016 Gibson Les Paul R9 with a full Gibson factory warranty. This guitar is one of the most authentic ’59 Flame Tops ever to come through the shop. This Les Paul Standard features a 1-piece lightweight mahogany back and a 2-piece figured maple top with hide glue fit. The guitar is lightweight, comfortable, and showcases the beautiful cut of maple on top, all while affording timeless resonance. The neck is cut from solid mahogany into an authentic ’59 medium C-shape, so playing it even feels like 1959.

This Les Pau also sounds true to a ’59. It features a pair of Custombucker Alinico III pickups. Gibson left them unpotted to be totally true to the original and obtain an accurate vintage sound.
