1953 Gibson Les Paul Standard Goldtop

Description

This Gibson Les Paul was made in the USA in late 1953 - it has all 1954 specs including wrap tailpiece (never had a trapeze) and the correct neck angle (most 53's have the shallow angle, this one does not). The guitar weighs just under 8 pounds which is light weight as these go. The finish and parts are all original. Early on a former owner added a maestro trem to the top, and then moved it, and so there are 6 small filled holes visible on top. The guitar has no breaks or repairs. It has been pro-setup in our store, and it comes with the original case.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
