Description

Campbell’s Soup Company, eat your heart out! We are honored to offer this incredible 1960 Gibson Les Paul Standard in its original and nearly unfaded Cherry Sunburst finish. While some 1960 tops tend to be on the plainer side, this particular example shows some very subtle flame and nice mineral streaking, giving it an almost 3D effect when moving it in light. This beauty has everything one would want out of a 1960 “Burst” with a lightning-fast Slim D neck profile, the iconic “Tomato Soup” Cherry Sunburst finish, and two strong but sonically well-balanced PAFs that can go from crystalline cleans to screaming leads and everything in between. Aside from high-quality replacement buttons installed on these original tuning machines, this one is completely original and would be the perfect addition to any discerning collection.

Overall Condition: 9, minimal playwear and nearly no fade
