A players club 1977 Gibson Les Paul Standard. Lots to mention on this one so lets get goin!
Refret, currently has jumbo frets with lots of life left. Replaced tuners, swapped to Sperzel, they work great. The back of the neck has been sanded down and slightly over sprayed, whom ever did the work did a great job as the neck is comfy to play. The pickups have been upgraded to Burstbucker Pros, the original bridge pickup is in the case! Original bridge and tailpiece with the exception of swapped graphite saddles. Significant finish wear, maybe from the road? More likely a relic job. However, The finish is original to the guitar. A few extra holes found near the truss rod cover, nothing that jeopardizes the integrity of the neck.
There you have it, lots of tweeking done to this road dog, but all things considered we have ourselves a winner! Weighing in just under 10 pounds, the tone on this will rock your world. Players only.
