1990 Gibson Les Paul Standard White, Good, Original Hard, $1,999.99

Summary: This 1990 Gibson Les Paul Standard has
captured the eyes of everyone at Empire Guitars – the limited edition finish has aged wonderfully & the guitar stands out on the wall of Gibson’s in our store.

Body:  Solid body electric guitar with a mahogany body & neck and a bound maple cap.

Neck: Fully bound mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard & block pearloid inlays

Pickups/Hardware: 2 Humbucker pickups, 2 volume knobs
& 2 tone knobs – gold “Grover Deluxe” tuning machines with the vintage
green “Tulip” keys. Some of the gold has faded from the pickup covers & the bridge does show some corrosion but it is still fully functional & there is no structural damage.

Cosmetics: This guitar is truly beautiful – the finish has aged and this guitar has that vintage white / creamy yellow color that looks really great with the gold hardware. There is normal wear & tear with some light scratching on the top & one visible ding on the lower bout of the instrument. There are some scrapes and some wear at the top of the headstock but no cracks or breaks.  The binding has shrunk ever so slightly and has few small cracks in places but is holding firm. This guitar has a few places where the yellow color is still super white and there is a notable ding on the top of the headstock. There is some buckle wear on the back but all of the wear is only visible once you get the guitar in your hand and hold it in the light. Overall this is a really great looking guitar!

Playability: This instrument plays great with low action and no dead spots – we had this guitar set up with 10’s by our in-house tech & it is ready to be played and loved.
