Excellent condition featuring single cutaway mahogany body with brown finish, two-piece figured maple top with Tobacco Sunburst finish and cream binding (thin through the cutaway like a 50s Les Paul), two Burstbucker humbucking pickups with cream pickup surrounds, two volume controls and two tone controls with gold bonnet knobs, three way toggle switch with cream Rhythm and Treble ring, single ply cream elevated pickguard with chrome metal bracket, tune-o-matic bridge, stop tailpiece, mahogany neck with brown stain finish, bound rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays starting at the third fret, Gibson open book peghead, black peghead face with Gibson logo and printed Les Paul Model logo, multi-ply bell shaped truss rod cover with Standard engraving, three per side Gibson Deluxe tuning machines with green keystone buttons, serial number and Made in USA impressed in the back of the peghead, single ply black plastic electronics control cover plate and switch cover plate, two metal strap buttons, and original hard shell case. This guitar weighs 8lb 5oz.

This 2021 Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s is in near mint cosmetic and playing condition. The neck profile is that of a late 50s Gibson carve and feels nice, chunky and comfortable in hand. The Tobacco Sunburst finish is attractive and pairs well with the beautifully figured maple top. This guitar looks incredible in different light sources and has plenty of “motion” in the grain when moving the instrument. The frets show no signs of use and have loads of life left. This guitar has been professionally set up and plays fantastic up and down the fingerboard. The guitar shows no signs of wear anywhere and is very clean. The Gibson Deluxe Kluson style tuning machines operate smoothly and keep this instrument in great tune. This Lester sounds fantastic plugged in with a very clear biting tone from the bridge position pickup and a very natural and woody tone from the neck pickup. The guitar is housed in its original brown Tolex covered Gibson hard shell case and is ready for gigs, living room use, or recording right out of the case. A whole lotta Les Paul for the money and a superb instrument across the board.
