2022 Gibson Les Paul Standard, '50s Specs Heritage Cherry Sunburst
There are folks out there in the big 'ol guitar-playing world that love the fat, 'R8 neck on a Les Paul and ladies and gentlemen, that's exactly what we have here. You'll immediately know you're not holding a boy's toy from the first moment you wrap your left hand around this '50s spec Les Paul and from head to toe- this thing means business.
The Burstbucker 1 and 2's are tight and aggressive, but when you roll the volume knob back, they clean up sweetly. This entire guitar would have made a great candidate to be sent over to Murphy labs, where Tom would have done his magic and you would have had a superbly relic'd R8. No matter- when you plug this guitar in, you are immediately rewarded by the tone and construction of one of the finest Les Pauls we've ever had.
This one's in a very clean and excellent condition. It has a few light surface scratches on the back, but you'll have to look for them under the reflection of an overhead light. The neck is straight, with no buzzing or dead notes and the original case is also clean and tidy.
