2004 Gibson Custom Shop Historic R9 1959 reissue Les Paul Standard.
This guitar is an excellent example of the Historic R9. This guitar absolutely kills. Super lightweight it weighs in at 8 LBS 11OZ. It is ultra resonant and just sings through a Plexi. The flame top is a stunning ribbon flame. The color has not faded and there is still some cherry bleed in the binding. The neck is a wonderful 59' profile. Big and beefy but not a baseball bat. This one is a good one. It really speaks. Very well maintained. Comes with the cert and brown Lifton case.
