From laser-scanned dimensions to chemically-recreated plastics to color-matched shades of sunburst, every element has been rendered in unbelievable detail. It features a Factory Burst color with a Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged finish, as well as a cream pickguard and a set of lightly aged hardware. 

Representing the culmination of decades of work by Gibson's Custom Shop expert team, this guitar features a stunning two-piece figured maple top on a one-piece lightweight mahogany solidbody, complete with a 1-ply royalite binding to match. The solid mahogany neck boasts an authentic '59 medium C-profile, showing off a perfect and smooth Indian rosewood fingerboard on top adorned with twenty-two medium jumbo frets and a set of cellulose nitrate trapezoid inlays.

In their tireless quest to bring accuracy and authenticity to the hands of fans, the Custom Shop team has outfitted this Les Paul with a pair of unpotted Custombucker Alnico 3 pickups, producing a tried-and-true vintage P.A.F. tonality that can be adjusted to your preference using the dual volume and dual tone controls, along with the three-way toggle switch.
