2016 Gibson Les Paul Standard T Cherry Sunburst

Summary: This Gibson is in excellent used condition and has just been setup and restrung with 10s by our in-house guitar tech. The action has been set low and comfortable and it ships in its original hard-shell case.

Body: Modern weight relieved mahogany body with cream bound AAA flame maple top, no pickguard and heritage cherry sunburst finish.

Neck: Asymmetrical slim taper mahogany neck with 1 11/16” nut width, 24.75” scale length, bound rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets, compound radius fingerboard, Tektoid nut, trapezoidal inlays and Standard truss rod cover. Thickness at 1st fret is 0.800” and thickness at 12th is 0.875”.

Pickups/Hardware: 2 Burstbucker pro pickups, 2 volumes, 2 tones, 3 way toggle. Push/pulls on volumes are for “Coil-Tap” and the push/pulls on tone knobs are for “Pure by-pass” and out-of-phase. Chrome hardware, Tone-Pros Tune-o-matic, Grover locking tuners and 500k pots.

Cosmetics: This Gibson is in fine used condition with only 2 small dings on the top, a few very light scratches on the top, some minor scuffs and dents on the back and 2 chips in the finish by the bottom strap button. Overall this guitar is in great used condition with no breaks, cracks or major flaws.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and
comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out. The nut slots are cut a little low on the B, G and D strings so if you play those notes open there is a little sizzle with the action set where it is. If you want to raise the action the buzz may lessen.
