Summary: The Les Paul Traditional 2017 T is a trip back in time to the Les Paul's golden era. A Les Paul inspired by the legendary late '50s Les Pauls, with all the benefits of modern-era Gibsons. This Gibson has a beautiful Desert Burst finish & it sounds and plays great.
Body: Mahogany body with a beautiful fully bound maple cap & a dark Desert Burst finish.
Neck: Mahogany neck with a jacaranda fingerboard, 22 frets, trapezoidal pearloid inlays, vintage style tuning keys, 1 11/16” nut width, 24.75” scale length.
Pickups/Hardware: The bridge pickup is a BurstBucker 2 and the neck pickup is a BurstBucker 1. It has Kluson style tuners (TonePros 16:1), ABR-1 Wired bridge, no pickguard and no pickguard holes.
Cosmetics: This 2017 Gibson is in great shape – there are light signs of pick scratching on the top but overall it hasn’t been played very much.
Playability: We set this guitar up with a new set of 10’s, checked the truss rod, adjusted the action so it was low & comfortable and it feels great up & down the fingerboard.
Weight: 8 lbs, 8 oz.
Case: This Gibson comes with an aftermarket “Chromacast” hard shell Les Paul case & we will ship it well packed & fully insured.
