1958 Gibson LG-0 "Mahogany"

A fantastic, first-year example of this mahogany bodied LG-0 flattop! Originally intended as a student guitar, these have found favor with many players over the years for their comfortable size and rich, distinctively Gibson flavored tone. The small body with 24 3/4" scale length make this a very comfortable instrument, while the mahogany top, back, and sides with rosewood fingerboard make for a warm and articulate tone that excels for country and blues fingerpicking. This guitar has one small screw hole from a moved strap button but is in otherwise great condition and includes the original Faux-alligator chipboard case.
