Here we have a 1969 Gibson LG-12 for your jingle jangle pleasure. This guitar is 50 years old but presents very well. Normal playwear with some scratches here and there and a few minor finish blemishes and typical vintage finish checking, but overall it’s looking mighty fine. This guitar has that quintessential 60s folk vibe, but it will fill all your acoustic twelve-string needs quite well. All original which is nice.
Nickel six-on-a-plate Kluson Deluxe tuners. Comfortable 1 7/8 inch nut width. Mahogany neck with a 24.75 inch scale length. Neck depth is .85 inches at the first fret and 1.02 inches at the tenth fret. The neck joins the body at the twelfth fret. Rosewood fingerboard with 18 frets in good condition. Big Mahogany bridge with adjustable Rosewood saddle. Original large Maple bridge plate. Black pickguard.
This is a great price point for an all-original vintage twelve string, especially one made by Gibson. Comes with a modern TKL hardshell case.
