Rare Limited Edition Gibson Custom Harley Davidson
This is not a cheap promotional guitar! She comes with certificate of authenticity as number 686 of 1500 made. These were made in 1994 and only sold originally at Harley dealerships. They were built in the custom shop in Bozeman, Montana on the classic Gibson J-180, which provides that wonderful jumbo sound that can only come from a Gibson Jumbo. She has that unmistakable gloss black finish with the engraved Harley Davidson logo on the pickguard and in laid in the headstock. The back and sides are maple and the top spruce. The neck is mahogany. The fret board and bridge are beautiful ebony. There are two lower bout crack repairs and two small repairs at the neck. Like all of my guitars, this one has been inspected, repaired and set up by my luthier. It is in exceptional condition. Other than these repairs, she looks, plays and shines like new. Everything about the Harley Davidson model is custom. From the bright orange lined custom Gibson case (note the HD inlay on the case) to the Harley logo inlays on the fretboard, these are beautiful. The neck is straight and true with "like new" fret life left. The action is lower and very easy. Whether you are a Harley ofcionado, a collector, or are just looking for a very unique, collectible, high quality guitar that's fun to play, this one is for you!
