Travel back in time in non-reverse — Replay Guitar Exchange is proud to offer this amazing Custom Shop model Gibson 1965 Non-Reverse Firebird V w/ Vibrola, which is the second version of the Firebird that carried the offset platform into new sonic territories. Masterfully-built in America, this guitar shows off brilliant vintage-style construction, complete with a Vintage Sunburst color and a set of nickel hardware.
With its lightweight designer body shape built from a one-piece solid mahogany body, this guitar shows off a unique flipped orientation of the neck and body — the set-neck is built from solid mahogany and presents a wonderfully-smooth authentic '65 slim C-profile with an Indian rosewood fingerboard on top. The even playability, functionality and style is one of the reasons the '65 Firebird V became beloved and revered.
This guitar is loaded with a pair of Firebird Alnico V pickups, producing a massive vintage-style tone, with four hand-wired volume tone controls, along with a three-way toggle switch. The Maestro Vibrola tailpiece is a perfect addition, giving you even more sonic range with complete control.
