1961 Gibson SG Jr Cherry
Here's a 1961 Gibson SG Jr in Cherry finish. Minty clean, one owner guitar, and the nicest example we've come across. 100% original...no breaks, cracks, repairs. The original owner purchased the guitar after retiring from the Navy in 1961, and kept it in tip top shape ever since (see last pic)! Vibrant finish, perfect frets, and overall just a beautiful example. The guitar also happens to play & sound outstanding! Featherweight, resonant, with a butter neck. The P-90 is strong, full, punchy, and clear!! Sounds incredible! The pickguard has naturally shrunk a little bit, but is in good shape. This one is as good as it gets! OCB included!
