Description

Here's a 1965 Gibson SG Jr in Cherry finish. Near mint, 100% original guitar! No breaks, cracks, repairs. One of the finest examples we've ever come across. Besides being in such wonderful condition, the guitar is light weight, resonant, has an incredible sounding P-90, and still has a 1 11/16" nut. This appears to be late '64/early '65. There's one visible pot date that's '64, while you can't see the other date on the other original pot. The serial number is a really early '65. The neck is butter, and plays with complete ease. Consistent low action from top to bottom. The frets are clean too. The P-90 is strong and sounds fantastic! Phenominal overall example .The guitar even sounds great acoustic. CLEAN original chip board case included (missing handle)!

Weight- 6lbs 5oz

Nut Width- 1 11/16"
