1966 Gibson SG Junior Inverness Green

Rare bird from early '66. Inverness Green. Appears to be all Original, minus Japanese factory tuners which are replaced with Gotoh single line Kluson Style, Upgrade!
As Gibson finish expert Tom Murphy has confirmed for us, Inverness Green was just Pelham Blue with a yellow tinted clear coat.
If you remove the pickguard, you can see there is no differentiation between the top color and what is under the 'guard. In other words, A true Inverness Green. If it were Pelham, under the 'guard would have remained Blue. Inside the cavity is the same color as well, no blue.
Weather checked, some dings and dents as well as a fingernail sized piece of finish missing on the upper bass horn but over Good Condition+.
CTS pots date 46th week of '65.
