1965 Gibson SG Special "Cherry"

The ultimate rock n' roll machine! A beautiful "transitional" SG Special, this 1965 model retains the earlier, 1 11/16" nut width, small pickguard, and a pair of phenomenal sounding "Soap Bar" P90 pickups. This guitar really nails those "Live at Leeds" era Townshend tones. The guitar featured a replacement set of tuners but it has been restored to original condition making this one of the cleanest SG Specials we've seen lately.
