Here is a KILLER vintage original 1961 Gibson Les Paul SG Standard in original Cherry Red finish.
Playability is fantastic with a good low action and no buzz or issues.
Original Cherry Red finish is bright and unfaded, stunning.
Guitar is all original with the exception of the pickups, wiring and pots. The pickups are hand wound Brandonwound PAF pickups. They sound fantastic. The wiring is pure vintage high quality pots and caps from Cream Tone. The nice thing is you can really hear the old wood, the sound is super warm and resonant.
Neck is fat and plays great. Action is low without any buzz or issues. Rings out and sustains for days. There is a professional heel repair where the neck meets the body, so common on these. It is stable and not going anywhere. Sideways vibrola works great and guitar stays in tune well.

After 24 hours, no returns. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. If we agree to a return, as in an internet sale, instruments must be returned in the condition they were sent. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume these costs. If we accept a return there will also be a 5% re-stocking fee. All merchandise sold is in used - as is condition. All sales final. If there is an exception made on any return over 24 hours, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to the customer. No returns whatsoever on guitar parts.
