Used 2019 Gibson SG Standard Left-Handed version serial number 190022769.

This guitar is in excellent condition showing very limited playing time.

Gibson states:

“For 2019 the Gibson SG Standard boasts classic looks and that historic playability you associate with the traditional SGs of the 1960s. A slim taper mahogany neck profile is complimented by a bound rosewood fingerboard, 490R and 490T pickups housed in a mahogany body give those luscious SG tones with the power to drive the volume when needed. A black 5-ply full face pickguard set this SG Standard apart from others... a truly versatile classic.”

The Gibson SG was introduced in 1961 as a complete replacement for the Les Paul. The new design was thought to be a more modern solid body guitar, with sleek beveled edges and two sharp cutaways. By late 1963, the Les Paul moniker was dropped, and the SG (or Solid Guitar) became an entirely separate model. The SG has remained in steady production ever since earning a place as one of the truly classic solid body guitars. Throughout the '90s and into the 2000s, Gibson has produced a number of different production SGs, though the SG Standard has stayed largely the same as either a late ‘60s style large “batwing” pickguard and the early ‘60s small pickguard version.
