Description

Up for sale is a clean and beautiful sounding 2015 Gibson Southern Jumbo 12th Fret Special Limited Edition, 1 of 60 total units. This limited edition model features a very rare 12th fret neck joint and is obviously based on the early 1942 SJ with traditional firestripe pickguard, classic script, 'only a Gibson is good enough' banner decal, Adirondack Red Spruce top, Split Parralellogram inlays on a bound fingerboard, features include south American mahogany back/sides, 1930's wide-X bracing, (with similar effect as Martin's forward shifted bracing) hide glue neck/body construction, the dark sunburst on this guitar is impressive, and somehow looks very classy and vintage. The Southern Jumbo 12 Fret is not only suitable for strumming and picking, but due to the construction very suitable for fingerstyle as well. Overall in excellent condition less some light play wear. Pro setup in house and comes complete with its original hard case.
