1996 Gibson The Hawk Wine Red

Gibson The Hawk. Made in Nashville 1996.
Basically the “studio” version of the Nighthawk series, but way cooler IMO.
2 -498T humbucks.
Vol/Tone, 3 way selector.
Nickle wraptail (like a Les Paul Junior)
Plays great & sounds fantastic !
Kinda in between a LP & SG. Lots of midrange bite.
Shows some clouding , swirling in the finish, a few scratches & dings (mostly on back).
Neck is straight, truss rod functions as it should & frets are excellent.
No repairs done or needed.
Low action & good neck pitch.
Room to go up or down.
Weighs 6.24 lbs
1-5/8ths nut width
.81 at the 1st fret, .99 at the 12th.
If I was keeping it, would be the perfect guitar to set up for slide !!
