Gibson USA 1988 SG Standard
This is an "SG Stadnard" model with unique specs for the period.
Unique features include a neck pickup positioned at the end of the fingerboard, a jack on the side of the body and a selector switch that is not in the usual position.
The hardware is original with gold parts, the bridge is Nashville and the neck is a slim shape.
The pickups are two original engraved numbered pickups.
There is overall discoloration, paint checking in places, shallow buckle marks on the back of the body, and numerous dents and scratches throughout the body and neck, all of which are relatively minor.
There is no fret wear and have about 80-90% remaining, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
