Description

Summary: This rare & cool Goya Rangemaster was made in Italy between 1967-1969. This beautiful guitar offers 9 push button controls, one huge volume knob, a tremolo produced by Hagstrom, and the original hardshell case.

Body: Solid body double cutaway with a subtle contour and a faux wood pickguard.

Neck: Maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, large dot inlays, 21 frets. The scale length is 24.75” and the nut width is 1 5/8”.

Pickups/Hardware: 2 pairs of split pickups, 9 push button switches, one master volume knob, faux wood pickguard, awesome tremolo, chrome hardware, 6 on a side original tuning machines, slotted string spacer on the headstock.

Cosmetics: This instrument shows wear that is consistent with a guitar from the late 1960’s – there are scratches on the pickguard and the “Goya” logo on the pickguard is wearing off. There are lots of small dings & nicks on the top & some buckle rash on the back and some wear around the edges. Overall this instrument has been played but it has also been taken care of and has a lot of life left.

Playability: This Goya plays great – the action is comfortable and the instrument plays with no buzzing and no dead spots up & down the fingerboard. The tremolo is very active & responsive.

Modifications: N/A

Weight: 7 lbs, 4 oz.

Case: Original hardshell case
