Greco GO700 Speed Way MIJ 1977 Walnut Vintage Made in Japan w/ Hard Case

This is a very rare and hard to find original 1977 Greco GO700 Speed Way from the Fujigen Factory in Japan. This guitar is one of the earlier Greco GO models that includes a black headstock and creme colored pickup covers. Even though these were regarded as the cheaper models, this guitar has a reliable neck through construction with high quality woods. 

This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over the years that include various scratches, dents, and scuffs throughout the body with additional wear along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware and pickups show some oxidation from over time and a couple of the tuners have the back covers missing. The top of the pickup selector switch has broken off however, the switch still functions properly. The back electronics covers have significant patina from over time as well. The frets have normal play wear for its age and a couple of the pots are a bit scratchy from over time even after being thoroughly cleaned with contact cleaner. 

The volume/tone knobs have been replaced otherwise, this guitar appears to be original.
