Gretsch 6119 Chet Atkins Tennessean 1961 Walnut
Up for grabs is this 1961 Gretsch Tennessean. Early example, with a 2 1/4" deep body, original Bigsby Vibrato, and two great sounding Hi-Lo 'Tron Pickups. There was a professionally repaired crack at the volume control, that's covered with the black plate you see in the pictures. It's completely solid, and everything works perfect. Who ever made the plate did a great job, as it's perfectly cut, and looks great on the guitar! Besides that repair, everything on the guitar is original and in nice condition! There's a little discoloration in the binding at the neck heel, but beyond that, there's no rotting at all. The guitar plays fantastic, with low action down the board. Frets have life left as well. The neck profile is a medium C. Great opportunity to get into an early Tennessean for a lot less money! OHSC...
