1962 Gretsch 6119 Tennessean Burgundy
With very rare flamed maple body and neck. This is all original and in very clean condition with no binding rot, breaks or neck set needed. Has a bit of buckle wear on the back but shows very well as it's clearly been looked after and has no color fade.
These ‘62’s have no white faux binding for a clean look. Hilton Valentine of the Animals used a ’62 on “House of the Rising Sun”. You can also hear the Hi-Lo tron pickups on many Beatles recordings.
These are a great piece of American Guitar History. This one is extra pretty with the flame. Comes with the clean original grey hard case and strap too.
