1962 Gretsch 6120 Orange, Excellent, Original Hard, $3,995.00

One of the very cooler early (first year for this version), Gretsch double-cutaway Chet Atkins models, and in remarkable condition. All original and with the binding in 98% condition, just a teeny bit of checking at the heel cap area and the very end of the fingerboard; everywhere else 100% perfect and original. No alterations, no repairs, no foolin’, with unworn original frets as well. All set up here by the only guy in our biz alive today who worked at that Gretsch factory in the 1960s doing exactly that: me. Also has its original white Gretsch hard shell case with cowboy stuff around the top; original hang tag telling you how to use that fab Gretsch standby switch; early Gretsch string set container with label and some old flatwound strings in it (original?); original leather strap with Bobby Lee logo stamped into the shoulder pad; original Gretsch package from a Gretsch polishing cloth ("Washable!
