The JET is Gretsch's solid guitar model with a sound that is both traditional and useful. The front pickup is a P-90 type pickup, which gives the guitar a warm sound with the attack in the upper register characteristic of a single pickup. The bridge pickup is a Gretsch original humbucking pickup that responds comfortably to distortion. Controls are simple, with only master volume, master tone, and pickup selector. This guitar is easy to use and easy to handle in practice.
