2016 G6120-BSNV-LVO Brian Setzer
The 2016 Gretsch G6120-BSNV-LVO Brian Setzer is a faithful reproduction of Brian Setzer's favorite 1959 6120, including locking pegs for easy string changes, die knobs, and Bigsby tremolo unit. The inside of the body features the trestle bracing found between 1959 and 1960, which produces the boxy sound that "Brian Setzer" is known for." The original "Brian Setzer" pickups are equipped with a modified Ray Butts-developed filter tron. The sound is not as thick as a typical humbucking pickup, but it has more sound pressure than a single-coil pickup. This is a must-have item for fans.
