The double-cutaway G6122-1962 Chet Atkins Country Gentleman Classic has it all! As with many guitar models, the Country Gentleman evolved thoughout it's years of production. As its model number suggests our G6122-1962 is a spot on replica of the version introduce in 1962 made famous by...can you guess?,,,need any HELP! ? (then even Elvis went on to play one) Features include a laminated maple body with arched top, a 3-piece 22 fret "action-flow" maple neck with Ebony fingerboard, dual High Sensitive Filter'Tron™ pickups, "tone switch" circuitry with Standby, an Ebony-Based Gold "Rocking" Bar Bridge, and Bigsby® B6G vibrato tailpiece. Additional features include, Grover Imperial Gold-Plated Die-cast Tuners and Gold plated hardware, Neo Classic "Thumbnail" Inlay Position Markers, Simulated F-Holes, a Bound Fingerboard and Headstock, Multiple Body Bindings, Gold-Plated Name Plate on Headstock, Double Muffler (mute) System, and back pad.
