For your consideration a New Gretsch G6122T-62 Country Gentleman in a walnut stain finish. Since we started carrying Gretsch we have been extremely happy with their build quality, attention to detail and customer service. We just couldn’t help ourselves and had to get the two models that (with the help Chet Atkins) made Gretsch what it is today!

Specs! This is a Brand New guitar. Gold Grover Imperial tuners. Gold name plate on headstock. Nut width measures 1-11/16″. Maple neck with a depth of .82″ at the first fret and 1.02″ at the twelfth fret. Scale length measures 25.5″. Bound Ebony fingerboard with a 12″ radius. New Classic inlays. 22 vintage small frets in a new condition. Laminated maple body finsihed in a walnut stain. Original two TV Jones classic Filter’tron pick ups. Original wiring. Rocking Bar bridge. Bigsby B6. Individual treble and bass mutes. Comes with its new hard shell case. Weighs 8 pounds and 7 ounces.

The new Gretsch “Squeezebox” paper-in-oil capacitors deliver silky vintage high end. The standard “U”-shaped maple neck bears a 12”-radius ebony fingerboard with 22 frets and zero-fret for a memorable playing experience that works with any style. The sealed body with simulated F-holes minimizes feedback while providing for authentically vintage tone. A pinned “rocking” bar bridge reacts in concert with the Bigsby B6GVT vibrato tailpiece for stable tuning while the bone nut lets the strings slide freely without binding in the slots.
