Here's a 1941 Gretsch Synchromatic 160 in Natural finish. Rare and stunning acoustic archtop, that's 100% original. No breaks or cracks! What amazing playing & sounding guitar! Incredible flame maple body, that measures 17" wide, with a 26" scale. Bound cats eye soundholes, gorgeous tortoise body, neck, and headstock binding, stairstep bridge, harp tailpiece, bound rosewood fingerboard, with block inlays. There's a filled input jack on the side of the guitar from a previous pickup, which is now completely structurally secured. Some of the cats eye soundhole binding has been repaired, using most of original binding. That is all structurally in tact as well. The guitar couldn't play any better, with perfect action down the board. It has been professionally re-fretted as well, which really takes the playability over the top. Tonally it's full, projecting, with beautiful crips clarity. Nice low end too. This stunner is ready to go! HSC...
