This guitar is in Good condition. The action at the 12th fret is .08" on the bass side and .06" on the treble. The truss rod is fully functional and turns well. The neck is medium/slim D shape. The frets are in excellent shape, the fingerboard has a few finger grooves and indentations. The top of the guitar has a few finish checks around the soundhole and pickguard. There are scratches, light swirling, and dings throughout the top. The sides show finish swirling throughout, with some deeper scratches and worming. The back also shows swirling, scratches, and worming. The back of the neck has some worming near the 1st position, with swirling throughout. The face of the headstock shows swirling with some light chipping at the top.
