1974 Guild F-212XL 12-string Acoustic Guitar w/ Original Case!

This is a great 12-string guitar. Very healthy and clean guitar that needs nothing to be enjoyed! You've got to watch out with vintage 12-strings but this one is as nice and healthy as they come! The guitar itself is in excellent condition with some very light wear overall. No cracks, no refins, no repairs whatsoever. There is some checking on the top, but it's a very presentable guitar. The original owner lightly inscribed his name on the back of the headstock but it's hard to see. The guitar is setup perfectly with low action, and plays wonderfully well! Get a prime example of this model now!
