1967 Guild Starfire Bass is in excellent condition and perfect playing order. Comes with a Hagstrom hardcase.

Started out life with a single neck pickup, but later had a bridge pickup added. The pickups are a set of Curtis Novak Bisonic pickups, a faithful reproduction of the vintage pickup. The finger and thumb rests was removed in order to make room for the bridge pickup. In order to keep it true to a two pickup Starfire bass, a pickup selector switch and master volume was added to the treble side horn, The switch is the exact switch used from a two pickup Starfire, and appears to even be a period correct switch. Otherwise it's all stock!

The back of the neck has a variety of finish chips and dings all along neck. Mostly behind the 1st-4th fret and the 12th-15th fret, as well as a few in-between the clusters. The back of the body has buckle rash all over. There's dents and finish chips all around the sides of the body, and a few on the lower bout's bottom edge of the face.

The frets are clean from any major wear and have plenty of life left.

Has a 1 1/2" nut width, 31" scale length, and weighs 8 pounds 4 ounces.
