Description

Here's a 1983 Hamer Prototype model in Ice Pearl finish. Rare, all original example! The guitar has a professionally repaired headstock, that's solid and completely structurally sound. Some of the first layer of finish has pealed off on the back of the neck....but it feels smooth. What a unique and cool model! This was Hamer's first original design when it was introduced, and made in very small quantities. The guitar has both a humbucker, and single coil pick pickup, that can either be used together, or separate. It really sounds like a Tele & Les Paul in one! And simply controlled by the selector switch. Both tones are incredible too! Playability is exceptional. Medium C profile neck, with fast playing low/slinky action. The frets have plenty of life left as well. The build quality on this is as good as it gets! Original case and original invoice included!

Before shipping, all guitars & basses receive a fresh, deep clean, along with a pro setup to your spec's! We are an appointment only store. All instruments are handled by SS Vintage employees only.
