1980 Hamer USA Special Sunburst
Here's a 1980, USA made Hamer Special in Cherry Sunburst finish. So much bang for the buck with this guitar! These early Hamer's are so so sweet. Checkerboard logo headstock, 1-piece mahogany body with a gorgeous flame maple top, Schaller tuners, and pearl dot inlays on a beautiful rosewood fingerboard. The guitar has two KILLER sounding DiMarzio PAF humbuckers (original to the guitar). The neck is butter!! Low, fast playing action. Plays like an absolute dream! The two volume pots have been replaced with high quality Emerson Pro pots, while the volume pot is an original DiMarzio. The rest of the electronics are original. There's one filled strap button hole on the back of the body. No breaks, cracks, or repairs beyond that. OHSC!
