Harley Benton SC550 Deluxe Sunburst

Summary: This used Harley Benton SC 550 Deluxe has a nice AAA flame maple top on weight relieved mahogany body and real AlNiCo V humbuckers. The fretwork, finish and playability on this guitar far exceeds its price point and it looks great too. Our in house guitar tech has just set it up with a new set of 10s and low action.

Body: The chambered mahogany body has a bound arched AAA flame maple top and sunburst finish.

Neck: The mahogany neck has a 60s slim profile with a bound Roasted jatoba fingerboard, trapezoidal inlays and the back of the neck has been professionally rubbed down with steel wool for a soft playing surface.

Pickups/Hardware: It has 2 Roswell AlNiCo V humbuckers, chrome hardware, vintage style tuning machines, tune-o-matic bridge and tailpiece and 2 volumes, 2 tones and 3 way toggle.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent used condition with no major blemishes to mention. It does not appear to have been played much at all. There are a few very light scratches if you really look for them.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out.
